Dead to which head of Leo’s? it appears the soup and sushi are starting to form a new creature under Leo’s previous chin. Signs of another larger chin are starting to appear. I wonder if this is the “two-face” side of Leo starting to emerge.
Well it can be said exactly where the origin of the original ban came from.
In the post show Soup sat with Chad and the neckless marketing mavericks woman and then the little ferret guy Needles made a comment asking about turning off the “room mic” and Laporte made a comment about Brian Brushwood. (about 12.15ish) while having the faux meeting set up specifically to make the statement.
Nothing else was said and No Neck and Chad left and the meeting was seemingly just to make the statement about BB.

My dissatisfaction with TWiT has been increasing this year. I feel more at home with DTNS than the new TNT. Know How was more focused and interesting under Iyaz. The banter on The Giz Wiz flowed better when it was Leo and Dick. Triangulation’s guests are less consistently interesting than when the show launched. shows like Windows Weekly, TWiG, Security Now, and TWiT are predictable and interminable, even careening through the casts at 2x+ speeds. And I’ll admit it: I preferred the nominally-safe-for-work NSFW show to the unfettered Night Attack. Even a little constraint can go a long way – having the line increases the tension of dancing near, and occasionally crossing, it in ways that Anything Goes does not.
Anyway. After years of consuming nearly every show, over the weekend I gutted my TWiT subscriptions. Kept a few shows I can’t yet let go of, but looking forward to recovering a lot of listening time that TWiT had claimed for so long. Finding alternative shows covering the same content was easier than I expected.
I don’t wish ill to TWiT. I hope the joy returns someday, and wish success to the folks I’ve come to enjoy over the years, wherever they’re currently broadcasting.
The only chance TWiT has is if some benevolent benefactor shows up and buys TWiT out and turns it back into a network for the people. Otherwise, soup and slurp are just gonna run it into the ground until they either drive away all of the advertisers and have to shut down or until they get bought out by some corporation who will also shut them down.

It shows what a low-life Laporte really is!

Source close to the leadership? That doesn’t exist. There are just some parasites on lis and leo’s collective ass.
