TWiT’s Obese Priest Wants to Convene a Panel on Trolls

Father Robert Ballecer
Fr. Robert Ballecer
Father Robert Ballecer — master troll of the Catholic faith — wants to convene a panel on trolls for his now-defunct Padre’s Corner.

Over on Twitter, the glutton (get it?) for punishment solicited suggestions, and several people brought up Total Drama. We find that odd, since we just cover the downfall and underbelly of TWiT’s operation and Leo Laporte in particular.

If you have better suggestions, let @PadreSJ know.

Went to Padre’s Twitter and found out I’ve been blocked.Funny, I’ve never been to his account before. How did he know to block me?

He uses BlockTogether and pretends that it’s a Twitter bot he wrote. He can’t actually write any software.

You got blocked automatically because more than likely you follow @LeoLaporteFraud or other anti-TWiT Twitters. You get an auto block. It’s pretty simple to just make a new Twitter account, though.

People do not comprehend how messed up Padre truly is.
You see, inside Padre’s head – all of the lying, sexual harassment, ruining Erik Lanigan’s life and deceitful advertising is inconsequntial. He really doesn’t see it as ‘bad,’ at all.

Why does he allow this and is blind to the truth?

Because he lumps those who bring up these disgraceful acts of Leo and Lisa in with the people (totaldrama.net) who call him fat and ridicule Lisa’s child and make fun of a woman’s appearance. So he ignores all merits of what they say.

A rational person sees each act and judges each act. What total drama does is often cowardly and cruel but I think what TWiT does is horrendous.

The manner that Padre thinks is extremely dangerous and in many ways worse than Leo or Totaldrama. He excuses things he knows are wrong. If he were to look within, he would realize he excuses TWiT because of personal desires, he likes being ‘famous’ and idolized the people on camera at TWiT. Therefore he ignores the bad of twit and the good of TD. He sees only the good of TWiT and bad of TD.

In history, this is how all atrocities occur, people find ways and reasons to excuse their leader. TD is what TD is. TD doesn’t lie and that is why I can deal with TD. They are honest in their hatred and people do respect that. Whereas TWiT is full of lies and excuses.

The rest of the people at TWiT are not like this. Even the employees see both sides. I would wager that even Leo knows he is a prick. Leo knows his fakery and would admit it in private. Padre is all in on the BS and that is scary shit. Combine that with his egomania and you have your answer as to why so many people despise him.

Do you think Padre wants to face that reality when he can instead just call people who don’t like him “trolls?” What would you choose?

        *Padre’s fame is in dispute

          Please elaborate.

        2. The whole thing with Leo showing his dick on TTG was a perfect example of this. Leo lied and said TD Photoshopped it, clearly when TD showed it’s receipts and everything, with video proof.

Leo had to do some damage control, that’s why he said TD Photoshopped it, so he wouldn’t get fired from his radio gig, and keep the advertisers onboard.

So Padre, you’re okay with that, Leo showing his privates on a ‘family friendly’ network, or do you think TD Photoshopped it too? I bet you do because like that commenter said, you’re blind to the fact what TWiT/Leo/it’s staff does. It’s okay if TWiT breaks the rules, but as soon as TD, or any other people outside of TWiT criticise, you label them as trolls. I think you need to take a long hard look in the mirror.

          1. C’mon. He belongs to a religious institution that has a major pedophile problem that they’re in denial about, it’s part of his environment.

I find it laughable, as a Jesuit, who are commanded to “find God in everything”, he is choosing to use his public pulpit to demonize people as “trolls” . You’re really doing God’s work there, Robert.

I was raised a Roman Catholic, and like George Carlin, left when I reached the age of reason. I don’t find it odd that a Jesuit is working for a tech show – Jesuits have employment all over the world – but few of them, at least the ones I’ve encountered, are this pompous and bootlicking to a sinner like Leo.

  2. I know Catholic priests and they are usually busy guys. They take care of churches/cathedrals in their community, hold meetings, write ceremonial speeches, attend funerals, attend weddings, lead the Mass (at least twice a week), provide family support, and participate in charity events.

How does this walrus have any free time to discuss the “trolls” or anything else, for that matter?

    1. He’s a Jesuit. It’s a religious order within the Catholic Church. He’s a priest in the Catholic Church, but not in the clergy, who are the priests who perform the mass and other rites in the church. I think. It’s been a long time since C.C.D. Doesn’t matter. He’s not a typical priest, like your parrish priest, is the answer.

  3. Since the definition of a troll to anyone at Twit is “anyone that doesn’t agree with us”, how are they going to narrow down the number of people to talk about?

Maybe they need to learn what a troll is first?

  4. A long time ago, before there was TD, I had two interactions with Padre on Twitter. They were like like real time IRC exchanges and took place around midnight West Coast time. For what they are worth, here they are:

The first began when I noticed Padre was having a back and forth Twitter exchange with an emotionally disturbed person. I don’t exactly remember what the nutcase was saying but he was atttacking Padre with obscene over-the-top insults.

Instead of ignoring him, Padre was toying with him, enraging him further, as one would tease a caged animal. I asked Padre why he was doing this. I asked him if he didn’t realize the guy had problems that he was exacerbating. In essence, Padre responded that yes he realized the guy was off his rocker, that encouraging him was not a good thing to be doing, but that he (Padre) was just having a little fun and didn’t care about the consequences. I was pretty shocked, because to that point I thought Padre was a real priest who would never do something like that.

The other exchange had to do with Padre telling me he had Aspergers. I don’t remember how it began, but I remember him telling me that the way he behaved, his smile, his reactions to people were carefully learned behaviors that he had studied from watching other people and then copying them, the way an actor might learn to play the role of an old man, rather than being spontaneous behaviors that occurred naturally. I told him he seemed so normal and excelled at public speaking. He said that was a result of concerted effort, learned behaviors, since his Aspergers prevented him from social behavior that others didn’t have to think twice about.

I was surprised that this was the case with him and also that he was willing to talk about it with a stranger (he didn’t know me from Adam) on public Twitter.

Geez man, how about going to a soup kitchen and serving food to the needy or helping or counseling people with real problems, no? I guess not, maybe it’s more productive to teach people how to build the latest quad copters? Or attend CES in Las Vegas to get the scoop on the latest in “insertables”. Frankly, I don’t know why even wear the garb. In my opinion it’s more of a slap in the face to the faithful. Also, why this guy even works for a guy who is a self confessed atheist is beyond me. Just my two cents and opinion, and that’s my story.

I don’t agree. I used to agree with that back when helloworld was posting. I commented negatively about his blogposts which tended to be more about his fear and loathing of women’s body parts than about Lisa and Leo’s ruining TWiT and mistreating its staff. A number of my comments were deleted or were “awaiting moderation” but never appeared.

For the last month or so (since helloworld left) none of my comments, many critical of parts of some TD blogposts, or of some comments have been deleted. Those “awaiting moderation” appeared quickly.

Imo, there has been a vast improvement in the blogpost topics and content as well as the comments which have reflected the improved quality of the blog.

This is about “Oinker’s” comment subsequent to the one I’m replying to that got deleted yesterday and his additional comment, also deleted, that repeated what he said in the original deleted comment and was a complaint about having been deleted. He seems to be testing the deletion policy of TD. I only saw the second deleted comment.

The comments should have been deleted. They were libelous. Free expression does not mean you can state that a named individual committed a serious felony without offering proof that they did so, such as a link to an article in a reputable journal or a court document.

For one thing, it leaves the blog owner exposed to a lawsuit. For another, it is morally wrong.

This was the problem with the TD blog back when a certain poster was posting. He made up total lies about specific people and presented them as truthful. These lies were harmful to the victims’ reputations. They should never have been published.

You can write that you wouldn’t be surprised if person X did Y, because he’s so awful, but you can’t, and shouldn’t, write that person X was actually caught doing Y where Y is a felony or even something legal but untrue and harmful to person X.

Leo has been trolling Tesla Motors on air just about all week!!!!!

TD staff you should look into that, Il

Elon Musk won’t put up with Leo’s crap and he may be the last nail in Twit/ Leo’s coffin when he sues him for public slander etc.

just a side note Leo has been praising Ford about the same time so it looks like Leo wants a free car or a sponsorship from Ford

    What a slim

Leo be a real man, go get your $5,000 you put as a down payment for your Tesla ,be polite and tell them no thank you I’ve changed your mind..
Instead of trashing Tesla’s reputation for no reason except your own sick twisted mind.

Take that $5k and get your Ford, remember the sponsor that kicked your ass to the curb years ago!!!!
